Staley Construction & Improvements is owned and operated by Tim Staley. He has been in the profession over 21 years and has owned his own company since 1999. Tim has worked as a project manager for Patio Enclosures and a franchise of Four Season Sunrooms in the Raleigh area. He trained and supervised as well as installed thousands of decks, screened porches and sunrooms over the years. 

     Our company is based in Wendell, North Carolina and we work theTriangle Area  as well as surrounding areas. We will travel at times to further locations such as Charlotte, Fayeteville, Greensboro, Morehead City and Wilmington. We specialize in decks, screened porches and sunrooms. We also offer other home improvements like: Enclosures, Fencing, Finish off rooms, Flooring - Tile, Hardwoods and Pergo, Painting, Repair/Replace Doors, Repair/Replace Windows, Rot Repair, Sheds, Shingles, Siding and Trim Work.

     Our company works with homeowners like you as well as sub-contracting with bigger companies like Four Season Sunrooms out of Raleigh and Able Installations out of Wilmington . We will build new, add to existing or improve/repair what you already have.
